 Location: Arlingham   GL2 7JR

Race start  May vary due to tides.

Course: 3 to 10 km - depending on checkpoints visited.

The race start / finish will be next to the river outside the Old Passage Inn - the race will run downstream visiting 3 checkpoints , once the bore is sighted, you have a choice, turn and run racing it back, or see if you can get to the last or next checkpoint and then chase it back up river overtaking it in to the finish.

The winner will be the first person back with all 3 checkpoints visited.

If no runner visits all 3 checkpoints, the runner first back with the most checkpoints visited will be deemed the winner.

 If the bore reaches the finish line before the runners do, she wins.

A running total will be held over the years of which wins, bore or runner.
